Convenience to stores and restaurants

The room had roaches everywhere and the shower handle fell off didn't work plus the water would not get hot. And the day shift worker charged my card several times and then charged me $80 for a pet when it was only supposed to be $40 she did eventually give me back 20 but she kept another 20 which was wrong but the night manager fixed everything for me I really appreciate Matt Taylor

The clerk (male) had his dog roamimg freely in the lobby. The dog was agressive towards three guests, mom and her children. I call the dog over to pet so he could leave the family and they escaped the little mutt. Then the clerk bathed the dog in the very sink that employees arw to wash their hands before handling the food supplies in the refreshment area of the lobby. When reported the clerk claim to be the manager and replied with excuses and very unprofessional. Hopefully the owner has corrected this and replaced this individual or will lose additional business...

Staff lady at the desk when checking in was very nice. Room was clean to the standard that would be expected of a hotel this price.

Bit of mildew or mold on the walls, but overall, nothing crazy.

Breakfast food was poor, stale and very little variety, location was great for the reason of our stay

Burnt out light bulbs, TV didn't work, no toiletries, ice machine broken, requested a ground floor room close to office with handicapped parking, I have bad knees and can't walk very far. Was given room 108,with handicapped spot in front of the door which was perfect, the problem was 3 out of 4 nights handicapped space was taken by vehicles without handicapped plates or placards because of proximity to the stairs and I had to park across the lot several doors down from my room. Reported it to manager and was told oh well, what can I do about it 🤔. This was my 3rd stay here and by far the worst

Housekeeping need to come in and clean rooms daily…..empty trash, give clean towels.

Over all hygiene of the hotel rooms were shocking. Black Mold on the ceilings, blood stains on both beddings, when confronted about it the owner lied about her being an owner or manager or even how to speak English and then I ask another employee for a manager and I’m told she is the owner very disappointed in this place and I think it should be investigated and shut down

King size bed and location.

Roaches in room , no hot water 1 night out of 6 and interstate noise.

Clean, staff friendly, easily accessible off the interstate.
