The staff and facilities were very nice !!

Bed was not comfy everything else was great

Location was great and staff was amazing!

Toilet in our room didn't have a lot of pressure to flush.

It was okay. I think it's a little expensive for what you get, but it was fine.

The air conditioner made a lot of noise, kept thinking the noise was coming from outside.

The proprietors are doing the best they can here. It’s an old motel. The rooms are basic, but clean, and the beds comfortable. The area felt sketchy. At 2 am there was a crazy man out on the street screaming angrily at who knows what. This went on long enough for me to look up the phone number of the Kingston PD, but gradually he passed. I would not recommend it unless you’re desperate.

I woke up in the morning went to bathroom and there was a roach in bathroom and on handsink

The room needs to be refreshed

Check in was great and the lady at the desk was amazing. The room was not as great because the toilet would not flush. When we went to the front desk to ask for a plunger, were told by the man there that it won't help and they are aware of the problem. When we went to breakfast in the morning, I couldn't get the keurig to work, the juice was room temp, and there was a sign at the front desk saying they would be back but nobody was there the entire time we were there for breakfast.

Was fairly clean. The TV had apps - but none worked more than literally 1min. The morning cleaning staff were rude and meddled outside of door to hurry you out before check out time. There was no waffle maker or kuerig as advertised
