The system tried to put me into a smoking room and I asked for a non smoking room. They fixed this and were also very nice to my service dog

Had to ask the front desk for toilet paper, the system tried to put me in a smoking room after I reserved a non smoking room since im asthmatic. They fixed this tho. No plug for the bathtub.

Needed a non-smoking room for one night. The room they gave us was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it definitely wasn’t. There was a cigarette burn hole in the bed cover and the air was so thick with the smell of smoke it was hard to breathe. We requested a different room and they accommodated us. The new room was great. It was a non-smoking room and thankfully no one had smoked in it. But then… my daughter saw a bug crawling on her pillow. This was about 9:00 pm. BED BUGS!! So we immediately packed all our stuff and checked out. The one good thing I can say is that the front desk clerk, Melissa, was wonderful and extremely nice and understanding. Needless to say we won’t be staying at this Not-So Super-8 again. The third photo has the location and time stamp to prove what I’m saying is factual and true.

As soon as you walk in the door, you can tell the staff there go above and beyond! Right now it resembles your family's living room that's all decorated for Christmas! They know the value of the little things. Including specialty coffees and teas, out if the ordinary breakfast items and even table-scapes! The staff were all incredibly sweet, with a special "Thank You!!" Going out to Jamie who helped me with a temporary situation that was traumatic for me personally. She was so kind and caring!

Most adorable and charming lobby with fun Halloween decorations! The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful! The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. Lots of snacks and plenty to choose from for breakfast!

This was my 2nd stay, the room was very clean except for 1 problem, both times I was in a room with carpet, and both rooms had a very musty smell and I had to use my own air freshener. The carpet needs a good cleaning to get the musty smell out. Then it would be 5 stars 🌟

Breakfast too late

The breakfast was plentiful. Lots of variety, although mostly sugary snack cakes.

Heater didn't work at all. Upon arrival I had to turn the toilet water line on, and then it wouldn't flush properly. Had to plunge it 9 different times before it finally went down. Bugs in the room, some dead, some alive and crawling mostly on the ceiling. Wasn't offered fresh towels once in 4 days. Then was told we had to take our own trash to the dumpster. One roll of toilet paper. Was never given more. This property certainly needs improvement, and quite possibly new management/staff.
