Super 8 by Wyndham Kingston

My bad, I booked a smoking room. We went to take showers and had only one bath towel and one hand towel,no face cloth. The next morning told the front desk we needed towels and never got them. Asked again in the afternoon and no response. Asked the lady going by our room with towels and did not get them.. Poor service. Avoid!

It was close to the highway and had food nearby. Nice room.

It really turned me off when I see black mildew around the bathtub.

Location was easy to get to. Staff was super friendly. The lobby and outside was decorated really nice for Halloween/fall. It was really quiet through the night. The bed was super comfortable.

Just off the interstate...

Room not prepared--I had to get lights to work. Bathroom fan was like a jet engine. No amenities provided (shampoo,etc...). Wall repair was shoddy, cheap artwork over bed, bedding sub-standard...In short, an embarassment to the Wyndham name!

We stayed here on our way to UTK for Family Weekend. It was close enough to Knoxville, and the price fair, for a quick snooze before heading on in the morning. The quality is not luxurious, but that's not the market they are after. The lobby, breakfast, and location add points! We were pleasantly surprised. The lobby was decorated to the hilt for fall. As someone else stated, it felt like walking into someone's home. There were breakfast options. As a woman traveling alone, I do not stay in motels for safety (door accessible from the outside), but I would consider this location as it felt safe. It's right off the interstate. My only complaint is that I could not get the shower more than lukewarm, but my son said his shower was hot. I would recommend if you are looking for a safe, but low-cost place to stay.
