Staff and room… The room was nice and clean and very comfortable

I didn’t like the breakfast… I went down at 8 and there was nothing left.. Only drinks

Location was good, just off of I-95. It is next to some restaurants that is very convenient. It has a pool that we didn't have time to try out, but it looked clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

The breakfast could have been better, however it is literally next to Denny's and the Waffle house, where you can have the best breakfast very affordable.

Everything pool was dirty and salty. Staff was rude

Hotel was willing to credit our account.

We did not stay! The was dirty. Chocolate ice cream jimmies were in the night stand and floor. Stains on the bed. Food on side of refrigerator. Walls were dirty.

Nothing, I would never stay there again!!

Stains on sheets and bedspread, stains on the wall that could have been wiped away by the cleaning staff. The inside of the draws need replaced and cleaning. They were dirty. Halls needed to be vacuum. No milk available for the breakfast cereal 😢

The room was not cleaned properly. There was residue of some form of animal hair on the couch. The bathroom had what appeared to be hair on the walls. The toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. I have more pictures but underneath wasn’t cleaned because it was yellow, on the toilet cover there was hair. One of the drawers couldn’t stay closed and idk what was in there but it didn’t appear clean. The curtains had what looked like blood stains as well as the arm of the couch. I had to put sheets over it just to sit down. The bottom of the fridge had old residue with strands of hair in it. The fridge door handle was not cleaned and had some crumbs in it. The microwave plate had a sticky film on it which tells me it was never cleaned. Staff was really friendly but the over cleanliness was below what I expected.

Everything but the staff they refused to refund my security deposit claiming late checkout due to them cancelling my reservation a day early sand them offering that as some consolation prize.
