We had a great experience! Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Erynn stood out as a five star employee helping us navigate/locate a lost package. Highly recommend attending the nightly complimentary happy hour with local Portland brews. We will definitely stay here again next time in PDX.

Great location in Downtown Portland. Friendly staff, nice facilities and clean. Parking available in garage right across the street, as well as street parking just outside the hotel. Cozy lobby and happy hour daily with a free beer!

Room was a bit “compact”, not a lot of floor space, and the bathroom was also a little small. But OK overall for a few nights.

The staff was super friendly. Very helpful and nice.

Honestly, the place had a slightly sketchy vibe. The neighborhood, particularly the unhoused folks screaming at the top of their lungs late at night, made it feel that way. I didn't feel particularly safe walking my dog in the evening.
