The room itself was fairly clean but paint was peeling off the walls in every room.There were access doors to the other rooms beside me that didn't lock or had one screw holding it Shut the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor I stayed for 2 nights not once Did somebody come around and offer me Fresh towels or more toilet paper, which I ran out of.

The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was not clean. There were roaches in the bathroom as well as the sleeping area. Even the fridge had a dead roach inside!

Vey cheap but not a good place. Staff was great. But that’s it.

They are all smoking rooms, I’m highly allergic to mildew/mold and I had to double up on medication for that. We got into one room, and after we all got showers and I was getting out the lady from the front desk needed us to move because there was a leak. So we moved. The smell wasn’t as bad, but I went and got the air freshener things that pull smoke out the air because I couldn’t take much more. We had to renew our stay, I had done the reservation online. Husband went got new keys no problem. Stayed till Monday! We found out we needed to stay another week, so I made another reservation till Thursday. Monday afternoon I had taken my husband to urgent care and he was diagnosed with Covid. Well Tuesday we woke up and I felt like crap and I needed to go get checked so we did. We got back about 12ish thirty, to our keycards locked out and our dog frantic inside waiting on us. Husband went down to get cards rekeyed and wait over 30 minutes when the note said “ be back in 10” when the rude owner showed back up she said we owed pet fee which no problem we needed to pay and we’re going too just both got sick and forgot! Then she was like you owe xyz for double beds, and I said wait we were put in this room because of a leak not our problem why should we pay more!!! She was very rude and condescending! She wasn’t who we had been dealing with who was very pleasant and sweet! So we gave her our card because all we wanted at this point was to lay down, it was 75. She came back with it

I had to give them at least one star to post this, because trust me that’s being generous…. The very first night here should have been our que to leave. Our kids were taken showers and the front desk lady came and asked if we were getting showers as to which I answered yes. She was like oh we are gonna have to move y’all because your shower is leaking to the room below you. (Mind you this is like 1000 pm). So we pack everything back up and move to a different room. Then we moved to the next room ok, it’s a tad bit bigger, this should work out fine. The very first time we use the toilet, it clogs. I go down to the front desk and say hey the toilet is clogged, can we get another room or can we get this fixed? Oh yea not a problem. They never fixed it or moved us to another room. Then they wanted to charge us more because their employee upgraded our room. The manager told me it would be 75 and change, to which I said ok(had over 80) on that card it declined, when I asked her how much she ran it for, she demanded we leave, yet would not let us in to the room we were in to get our belongings to include medicine and our dog until we called the police… the pictures don’t do this place any justice, it’s completely ran down and trashed. How the city hasn’t shut them down yet is beyond me….

It was not a good experience. The first room smelled clean but there was hair in the bed. We were moved to another room that was no better even though it had a microwave and refrigerator. The fridge had hair in it, the roaches came out at night and I killed 4. We didn’t sleep under the sheets but on top and used our own cover. The tv had to be compatible with a remote which was switched out 3 x. The tub was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, the A/C unit was filthy with black sute. The next am I cleaned off the A/C, mopped the floor with the only 2 wash rags that were given. They had no soap or shampoo out and they had no extra sheets during check in. Luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies because I had 3 children under the age of 10 with me. I checked out the next morning after speaking with the manager and requested my money back. She apologized but as I told her the person who claimed to clean the room did not do so. Now I’m waiting on my refund which the manager said takes 24-48 hrs to get. Never staying there again. And she wanted to put me in another room I said no. I pray they do better . And I hope they check the voicemail cause it was full. And no one answered the phone when I called to see why my reservation was canceled when I never canceled it.

Very refreshing place to sleep comfortable beds and very friendly staff

The room was nice and clean and had everything from cable channels to microwave and mini fridge all for a great price! Even breakfast in the morning. What else could you ask for?

Upon arrival the property staff brought up about living to close to the property to rent the room. Then proceeded to assign the room Upon entering the room it was dirty the microwave was gross and there burn marks on the blankets the pillows under the cases were brown the baseboards and walls were in horrible condition there were baby roaches everywhere there was a little tiny 2 gallon trash can in the whole room and one towl! When requested for another one it seemed like it was the most inconvenient request made. There was a pool but it was not open.the insides of the cabinets/ side tables were also molded and gross. Overall it was quiet out there but not the nicest area or the safest area.
