There was no room available even though I had confirmed booking. I had to look for another room in middle of night. Receptionist doesn't seems to understand English, she didn't make any effort to explain the situation.. just no no no room...

I have arrived in a room with a dirty bathroom, poorly washed towels, the minibar does not work well, as soon as I enter the room I am locked in without being able to open the door because the door does not work normally; I had to use my car key to try to open it, I couldn't call the reception because there is no means of communication available inside the room. In short it was a bad experience, I regret that I couldn't cancel the reservation.
