"Friendly staff, needs to pay attention to detail on overall cleanliness."

The staff was friendly. Lots of parking. Location is good.

The room was so dirty. The edging of the entire room was dirty. The headboards had handprints all over them. I didn't feel comfortable eating breakfast there. Hot tub was filled with children 8-10 of them under 8 yrs old. The pool and hot tub are outdated making them appear dirty.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. We were helped almost 25 minutes after sitting in the lobby. There wasn't even a "Be right back sign". thought that was very unprofessional.

Location, price

Room was really run down, breakfast could have been better, but eggs and sausages were cold. Night time hotel front desk worker was rude and seemed like he didn't want to help.
