"A poorly run pigsty."

It was ok, but the room was filthy. There was mud residue on the walls and kick tiles. The electrical plugin by our table was held together with tape. This has to be an electrical code violation!

The room was dirty. Air conditioner wouldn’t work. Why? Because no one had cleaned the washable filters in so long they were clogged. I washed them clean in the tub in less than two minutes. The entire room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. A postage stamp soap is not acceptable! The bed sheets were threadbare and there was no extra blanket! The room had only a semi transparent curtain, the room darkening one went right to the floor, which completely covered the AC! I have travelled to many many countries over the years and have a very short list of hotels in more terrible shape than this extremely overpriced disgrace to the brand name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

"All good except one thing"

The room was clean with nice amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. Employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good

I requested a wake up call at 6am one morning. It never came. I was late to a very important work meeting and was hurt financially because of that. I know I shouldn't rely on a wake up call but there was no clock/radio in the room and my cellphone was not working. I was told I'd be sure to get the call but I did not.
