What impressed us the most was the fact that all the staff were alert to our needs and never passed the buck. When they were aware of a problem or a request they acted on it instead of saying, 'Oh, someone else will deal with that.' It's a beautiful classic hotel where nothing is too much trouble and close to attractions in Leipzig.

The hotel is perfectly situated to city center. It enabled us to walk to things and return to the hotel to freshen up before doing the Nxt event. Didnt dine in hotel restaurant but looked really nice, next time

Leipzig is a delightful elegant city. The hotel was perfectly located - close to train station and within walking distance of all main sights and restaurants. Staff at front desk extremely helpful and welcoming.

Airconditioning unit has very limited capacity for room size. Room was too warm.

The layout, furniture and decor bring the visitor back to the good old days prior to WW One. The "Gruenderjahre" formed Leipzig and its culture. One gets a taste of it in this hotel with its friendly and well trained personnel. As usual, my recent stay at the Fuerstenhof was a very pleasurable experience - the hotel location is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant and the services available are up to a 5-star level. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone seeking a quality, 5-star hotel in central Leipzig. The hotel can be a bit pricey in high season, but they regularly have specials available to reduce the cost.

This is an excellent hotel where the staff are highly professional, friendly and willing to help in any way. A superb experience and one that can be recommended to all.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of town and the railway station. It has a pool and a gym and a first class restaurant. The rooms exude an old world style class with plush carpets and dark colours. Internet access is not included in standard rooms which is a pain. The restaurants degustation menu with matching wines is a winner and a the Fuerstenhof cocktail a definite must!
