Quality Inn Hotel, Kent - Seattle

Very bad condition very dirty condition.

The hotel was filthy. Upon Checking in there was a woman who appeared to be on drugs walking out of the lobby with no shoes on. The entire hotel smelled horrible. The floors were completely filthy. Once arriving to room the curtains were stained. There was spider webs in each corner of the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling had mold over the ceiling. The floors in the bathroom had what appeared to be dried soap all over the floor. There were multiple druggies all around the building and trash was everywhere

This is one of the worst hotels I have stay smell bad. The pics it showed in the web are not even close to the real life. Please don’t stay here vey bad neighborhood.

I would not recommend this location to anyone.

There's tons of bed bugs. I was bitten more than ten times as well as my wife. smell of marijuana everywhere inside the building. very dirty horrible experience 😞

Front desk staff were great and I honestly felt bad for them. The hotel itself was run down. There is no continental breakfast, it’s a bottle of water and a brown bag with a pre-bought pastry and microwaveable breakfast sandwich. The things I couldn’t move past was the worn-out hookers roaming the halls and parking lot and the guys smoking Fentanyl in the stairwell. We canceled and left the first morning. Only stayed the one night cause there wasn't another options.

At about 9pm, I wanted to come down to the office to ask for a refund to leave. Not only did the hallways smell heavily of Marijuana and it was waffering into our room with my 4 year old, but at about midnight there was a lot of activity around our car (has cameras). When my husband went to check it out, there were clearly hookers in the hall and walking around outside. For the price we paid for the condition of the property and the doors didnt even work....extremely unhappy with our stay.

This is the worst and terrible hotel ever I have stayed. I had booked as it is from the Quality Inn group of hotels. This hotel in Seattle Kent is worst in everything the room is dirty you can get a bad smell, room is poorly maintained curtains are dirty, even bedsheets doesn't look to be cleaned no hot water coming hotel staff at reception not supportive, furniture is bad, no coffee maker avaible and upon requesting the reception telling to get coffee from convinence store. This hotel and the area in its parking stall is with people who are intoxicated and on drugs, looks like these type of people are either staying in hotel as residents and it is very unsafe to walk or park car in parking lot. Even walking inside the hotel is scary and can hear noise. Not safe at all for families. Right away when you enter the premises you can feel something is not right. I booked it for 2 nights and right away after the reality check just checked out after 1 night that we had no option as we checked in late. It is not at all safe for families or travellers coming around the world. This hotel should be given 0 rating. Their price is not also low, they charging at competitive rate and taking guest for granted. Expedia should adddress this hotel to Quality Inn group and should immediately remove this hotel from their roster. I will never ever suggest this hotel.

Horrible place. I have never stayed in such an awful place. Never again. The property was overrun with druggies. I couldn't use my phone on the property. It scared me. It felt like something really wrong was happening on the property. As soon as you walk into the lobby it reeked of weed. It was overrun with sketchy people. Don't waste your time and money here.

No breakfast included like it says online and they never are at front desk, all doing drugs and allow homeless and druggiez to wonder parking lot
