This hotel was the most disgusting I have ever stayed at!! Vomit stains on curtains, carpet peeling, many unfortunate characters in and around the place Room smelled like urine- my daughter was very nauseous I could go on- ‘Quality’ Inn- u most be kidding I don’t know why u would list this hotel Expedia!

"Hideous Property - Avoid"

I'm retired airline pilot with literally thousands of hotel stay experiences. This was one of the worst ever. Hotel overall is rundown with carpets, wall coverings, furniture, and fixtures broken, torn, or missing. The room was filthy including, but not limited to, trash, food scraps, and general filth everywhere. Worst of all the drapes - ALL the drapes - were splattered with either liquid food remnants or vomit. An appeal was made to hotel manager for a rate adjustment based on condition, but this was ignored. Hideous property.

They have the most attentive staff of all the hotels in the Kent area. Kenny the night auditor is awesome .I am handicapped and he made sure I had a room on the 1st floor. He also helped me carry items and held the door open for me .You will not find a caring and helpful staff like this anywhere.

Absolutely the worst quality inn. This is a junky hotel. Rooms are nasty and smells like smoke. Drug users in the parking lot. No tv in the room. Everything was horrible. I didn’t even stay there. Requested a refund. I was told it was done, and I’m still waiting. No one picks up the reception phone. Been calling for a week now.

I didn't get to stay there the hotel was full because 17 international flights were cancelled. I didn't get in to your lobby to speak with someone until 6 pm!!! I got there at 3:15 pm the line was out the door I couldn't get in. I finally got in there were no rooms the guy working the front desk told me if I got charged which I did that I'd be refunded. I haven't been refunded my money!!!
