Quality Inn Hotel, Kent - Seattle

The staff was nice but the hotel needed a lot of work. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Hallways were generally dirty. Washers and dryers were good to have.

Toilet paper was shoved in the peep hole, big gap under door, mold in bathroom

Service and staff was good but area was bad, homeless was roaming the property, room smelled of smoke, carpet was dirty, sheets did not look clean and bathroom was ok

This hotel was one of the worst we have ever stayed at. It was the filthiest we have ever been to! The parking lot was dirty, the lobby and the carpeted stairs going upstairs were filthy, like they had not been vacuumed in a long time. There was a side door that was left propped open, and people were coming in and out of it all night long. There were also a lot of adults and children running around and hanging out in the parking lot for hours after it got dark. I don’t know if we will stay at another Quality Inn

Hallways smelt like meth, rooms weren’t clean half eaten food under bed trash behind tv stand no tv remote. Asked the front for a remote and was told maintenance would bring one up, they never came. Blood spots in the bathroom. Sheets had dirt on them. Grains of rice in the dresser drawers. People blasting music at 1 am. Supposed to be a closed off guests only able to enter on side doors well the doors were propped open so anyone can walk into the hotel and walk the hallways. The room door barely even latched looked like it was kicked in and same with the bathroom door. Had my child with me it felt very unsafe and unsanitary. Very disappointed

All the building smell to cigarette

Fighting for the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. One bed had dirty sheets, one pillow had no case, general dingy creepy feeling. Shared a parking lot with a bar. A lot of unsavory people and goings on around. Definitely stay anywhere else. Weird smell too.
