Quality Inn Hotel, Kent - Seattle

You get what you pay for. Area not safe at all. An arrest was made on the parking lot next door. Building windows shows bullet holes, if you don't like smelly and greasy carpet, this is not your place. Their carpet is just gross... Rooms were clean, bathroom ok, clean towels and sheets, bed was comfortable... Their breakfast is just a bag with a sausage English moffin and a pastry, some coffee for you to get, breakfast room is not open, you feel like covid still there... Staff is not a loquashous type... Not rude but not nice either... Don't Wal outside the hotel, seems like it's a drug dealers zone...

This hotel was a nightmare! The corridors and my room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

I would strongly recommend against staying at this hotel. It’s in quite a sketchy part of town and the property itself isn’t very secure. The carpark is shared with a couple of bars and there’s no security or fencing. When I arrived there was a group of people just hanging around which seemed a bit suss. The hotel itself is fairly rough, it hasn’t been taken care of.

Wrecked vehicles in the parking lots. Homeless and dope heads hangout in the parking area. Had to shield my daughter from the hooker in the hallway.

The fee showed online was different from what they charge my card, the room was smells bad the carpet was very dirty.

I arrived to find drug deals going on in the parking lot, the lobby smelled of cigarettes, the wall paper coming off, the carpets not being cleaned in decades, meth smoke wafting into the hallways, a completely missing side door to the hotel, security locks missing from room doors, room door frames not straight to allow lock latching and a 'sack breakfast'. This was the first time in my life I had to refuse to stay in a hotel due to my safety being at risk. Choice Hotels leadership, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed you're continuing to keep this hotel under your brand. Either your folks don't give a crap or no one has ever inspected this hotel. This is a complete safety liability and health risk. DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

Worst hotel ive ever been to. It was disgusting, smelled horrendous and people doing and dealing/buying drugs all throughout the day and night. Its not safe here at all. Do not stay here especially if you have kids!

Area has alot of homeless. Room had leaking and not functioning faucet.
