tweakers are everywhere and im pretty sure there is prostitution going on and drug deals on the side of the building . definitely not kid friendly & it was a really uncomfortable place to stay. never again. i originally booked two nights and i left after one day of how unsafe i felt there . DO NOT STAY. PRICE ISNT WORTH IT.!

Believe the reviews. This place is awful. We did not feel safe and the rooms smelled like pee. Don't do it. Pick a different hotel.

"Very, very dirty."

We love to travel and this is the first time we have had a very bad experience like this. The hotel is in terrible condition, extremely dirty and in a place that at first glance looks very unsafe. We can understand that an establishment is old but it has nothing to do with it being a mess, they gave us a room with a lot of trash, the bathroom looked used and uncleaned. The lamps didn't work either, but as I mentioned before, I can understand that it's old or that the lights don't work but very dirty NEVER. Obviously we couldn't stay there, we decided to hand in the key and ask for a refund but they didn't want to give us any of our money back. I showed them the photos at the reception, they said they would check the room, they went but said they wouldn't give us anything back. Really don't stay at this hotel, it's more like HOTELES.COM and they shouldn't publish it.

Outside door was broken had to be locked there was traffic in and out all night long very noisy and unsafe conditions

"Shady part of Kent."

Bathroom was dark. Microwave was missing the glass. Many homeless hanging out in one of the entrances. Hall smells bad, no elevator. Bar and closed businesses next door.

I have many videos and pictures of car air fresheners in the room, tons of fruit flies, broken curtain, in and out traffic, staff under the influence of drugs, unsanitary and unsafe. No refund when didn’t stay just unprofessional unsanitary and by far worst place to stay.
