Quality Inn Hotel, Kent - Seattle

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Very dirty, bugs in the bathtub, dirty kleenex under the bed, very loud drug deals in the parking lot all night, didn’t get a wink of sleep because I felt unsafe.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Parking lot is unsafe. There’s roach in the room. Toilet paper holder is broken. Hair dryer doesn’t work. No tissue paper. The room stinks.

The hotel is the most terrible hotel I have ever seen. It should be a motel and not a hotel. Do not believe the pictures on their website it is all lies. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are very stinky, the hallway is stinky, the carpets are dirty and disgusting. So many homeless people staying there. Smells like cigarettes and must. This hotel needs to get checked or closed!

This hotel is the dirtiest we’ve ever been. Very old (needs upgrading) smelled very bad. There is a mixed smell. Dog smell, cigarette smells and weed smell. There was scattered dirt on the wall. The carpet is filthy.

In all my years I haven’t experience such a horrible stay. The hallway smell like cigarettes , there were cigarettes buds in the hallways , stairs. Once I walked into the room it smelled like animal urine. There were holes in the wall , some of the lamps didn’t even work. The second lock from the door was missing. The property is just in horrible and discussing condition. I will not recommend this property what so ever.

I didn’t live there because when came and saw condition and people there and smell that was terrible. I didn’t moved in, because this place is not safe place for my kids. And one off the problem administration charged from money although I didn’t move in.

Homeless people in the parking lot, filthy hotel, gross, absolutely gross

Gross. Smells like cigarettes. No amenities. I stepped in poop outside. There was poop smeared on my walls. Obvious "hand print " on head board. Male fluids. Broken sink. Dripping shower. Broken toilet lid. Have photos.

There was broken down cars with people working on them in the parking lot. Needles laying within the bushes, people clearly high on something walking around cussing out loud. As I was checking in, the front desk was fighting with a customer. The room itself, was filthy. There was pop and beer cans under the beds, confetti all over the floor, stains of good only know on the curtains and carpet. Phone, TV, and half the lights did not work. There was ants on the table. One little garbage can for the whole room. They advertised complementary breakfast and a coffee maker. Which there was neither. Overall, having two little kids with my wife and I, we didn't feel safe. The door trim had been broken and repaired several time, and the lock would hardly work. We didn't leave the room after dark because of all the sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, and the room itself was just filthy.

This place is a dump. There was obviously no actual cleaning that happened in the first room they put me in before I got there, other than replacing sheets and towels. The shower head was broken and sprayed in all directions all over the bathroom. There was an old puddle of urine between the beds. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars for service is they were nice enough to put me in another room when I told them about the urine. "Quality" Inn, what a horrible joke. Floorboards under the carpet in the hallways are loose and uneven. Guest laundry rooms are disgusting. Not to mention the smell of drugs hanging in the air, at least it's somewhat hidden by the smell of old urine, either human or otherwise. This place should be shut down.
