Not Good. Very Dirty & Smells very Bad

Broken toilet seat. Broken toilet paper holder. Coffee machine missing pot and coffee. Hair dryer doesn’t work. No facial tissue in tissue dispenser. Refrigerator door won’t stay closed. People hanging out in the parking lot all night long. Noisy. Loud voices. The check in clerk was pleasant and friendly. Brought us a microwave oven when we told him ours was missing.

Never have I felt so unsafe. Gangs were hanging out in the parking lot near the hotel entrance. The hotel smelled of cat pee and drugs. People were passed out in the hallway. The lady across the hall from me overdosed and the ambulance had to come. A half hour later the man in the room next to hers came into the hallway yelling that his bathroom ceiling had caved in and water was spraying everywhere. The water was turned off resulting in no running water. There was no compensation or refund for this. People were yelling all night, indoors and outdoors. I was supposed to stay a second night but checked out after one night. I would have left but didn’t feel safe walking out to my car since I checked in later at night

Mother said "If you can't say anything nice..." Do your research first. The really good price is for a reason. Seems like they could discourage the homeless in the parking lot. Staff was courtious when I declined to stay. (Maybe they weren't surprised.)

Anyone pls don’t go there pay for 4 nights and i spend only 30min inside cause I looked for another hotel..

This is a dangerous place. Drug deals, people yelling, dirty, cockroaches, people banging on your door in the middle of the night. Do not stay here.

This place was so scary we left & stayed somewhere else. Tried calling to get a refund due to all the bad conditions but got nothing.

Very annoying and a lot of homeless people

The room was dirty the carpet looked like they hadn’t clean it for a while. There were lots of people outside of the parking lot working on there cars and smoking and lots of homeless around the area and parking lot.

Noisy and left unsafe
