Nice variety and pool area was unique.

The view from our room was stunning. The window was huge, and it looked over the pickleball court. The location is also fantastic. There's so much to do around the Fulton market area and the food scene was popping. The aesthetic and vibes of the hotel are cool too! The food and service at the hotel restaurant were really subpar. My avocado toast did not have a lot of avocado. The thing I like about avocado toast is it feels a little healthy but this one was ridiculously oily from the sauce. The servers were not very attentive. The bed was not as soft or comfortable as what I was expecting. Even with the windows and curtains closed, it was very loud and I could hear music from outside/downstairs. Overall I expect higher quality sleep from a hotel room. The room had a few other things that were off; like a chip in the flooring, a lightbulb not working.

I was here for a business trip and the experience was phenomenal. The room and lobby were always clean, valet parking was great and amenities were included - even free milk in the fridge! The shower was the best shower with a rain style overhead.

Very fun awesome food and aervice! Definitely not quiet but otherwise great place to stay.

1 star for the manager Alec customer service. My family and I were looking for a table to have dinner, and he approached me asking if I was looking for the bathroom. How RUDE! I felt judged and degraded. That was unprofessional and unwelcoming to say to a guest. I was very offended and spoke with security, which brought over another manager (David). David tried to make it right by gaining us entrance to the lazy Bird however, we were there only for dinner on the main floor. Though an apology was made I honestly didn’t see nor feel the sincerity from Alec. Company needs to retrain him on how to correctly approach and be genuinely hospitable to people. We left and went to dine where we are welcomed and appreciated.

Situated in Fulton Market area, a trendy, low - medium rise area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Next to the L line transit for access to downtown, etc. Quiet except for frequent low rolling sounds from the L line. Friendly staff. Clean and efficient, smallish rooms without closet (but had decent wardrobe stand), great shower, nice bed (but too soft pillows).

I like that it is renovated from an old city building. It has character.

Rooms are too small.

The hotel was not at all what I expected. It had a lovely chill vibe for morning coffee and breakfast. The staff was over the top accessible, but not overbearing. The food was amazing. For the price, I was afraid it would be stuffy but it could not be more warm, welcoming, and laid back, but with top service.
