"Disappointed "

I am disappointed with our stay at this Sheraton. I booked a club level room. When I got there and checked in, I was told the club lounge is closed so I get 2 free breakfasts. Apparently it hasn't been open for years but they still charge extra for these rooms. OK not the end of the world. Try to go to our room and one of the two elevators are out of order and have to wait for two trips of the elevator almost every time. Then we got to pull out the sofa bed and the blanket for it is a horribly scratchy brown blanket. I go down to the front desk and ask if we could just get an extra comforter. I was told no they only have 1 comforter per room and there are no extras in the whole hotel. Bad customer service. The room is ok but there are issues. Cabinets don't close properly, bathroom door get stuck shut and the lever in the shower is missing for the wand sprayer and there is just a bolt.

Nice property but the sliding door to close the bathroom in room 417 was off the tracks. It is always nice to be able to close the bathroom door and be able to get out when finished
