Kam um 2 Uhr nachts an, völlig überforderter Mitarbeiter der dann noch seine Managerin hinzuzog für das einchecken. Hab fast 8 std zuvor mehrmals versucht umzubuchen, lediglich einen Tag nach vorne. Unmöglich:-(. Hotel hat es auf Booking geschoben und Booking auf das Hotel

Absolutely nothing was good

The lighting was bad, the cable never worked, staff never helped and the arcade itself was a scam with workers not even knowing you paid to play. Beds were shotty, long walk to the hotel since there transport to the hotel part was down. Will never be going back after what I was dealt. WiFi didn’t work either no matter how I tried to connect or what I was trying to connect aswell. Dirty when we got in and they wanted to charge us more to get a different room.

Room was clean although it was well used. Bed was comfortable but pillows were awful.

The distance from the registration desk to the elevators for the Sky Tower is ridiculous. There are at least three sets of nine stairs. No ramps so you must carry your luggage up and down. Awful for older persons especially.

Our room was clean and had a lovely view of the mountains. It was quiet and comfortable. The casino was clean and the staff was friendly.

Getting to the tower and parking was a little confusing. We asked if there was parking for a vehicle too tall to enter the garage and were told that there wasn't. I happened to spot the oversized parking area in the garage, but there were quite a few regular sized vehicles occupying the relatively few spaces (maybe 20?) available for oversized vehicles. We were able to find the one available spot, but wish that the size restriction was enforced as about 1/3 of the spaces were being used by average sized cars. There was even one car that was obviously an employee's car that was parked in the oversized area. We were also told that we could park and unload at the curb in front of the tower, but there didn't seem to be any way to enter the building from there so we just parked and lugged our things through the garage and up the stairs to get into the building.

The beds were real comfortable and the maids did a great job.

The TVS weren't working for 2 days and when we did call down the 1st day about it they were kind of rude at the front desk and it finally got working 2 days later.
