Loved everything about the place

Having to talk to someone not at the hotel for reservation. We stayed 6 months ago, and a wonderful lady set it up for us at the hotel. This time, the person was not from the hotel and actually hung up on me when I said the price difference was too much, and I guess I would have to go thru a 3rd party. He immediately hung up on me. I booked and came anyway, but I do not like this change at all.

Didn’t do breakfast. Had an early departure.

Valet service very very very difficult. Nice prople but system hard to manage. Had to get my own car keys and help the valet get the car. Had to completely handle all the luggage to get it downstairs. Someone said valet company was changing that day. Oh, well .

Not much

Cockroaches in the bathroom. A/C in the room didn't work, stayed 77 degrees the whole time. One person worked the "mandatory" valet. Either park it yourself or, wait an eternity for someone to take your vehicle. The guy who was supposed to send me a link for when I wanted to have my vehicle brought up somehow messed up my phone number twice. People weren't bad, just old facility. Even the remote was dead!

Price of parking Hotel needs updating meaning it needs to be cleaned up & painted especially the elevators.

So close to everything. Alamo & River Walk
