I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Location and the tavern was convenient.

The ceiling leaking on to the floor in our room, no offer for a different room and only compensated for parking. Pool was open but was so dirty you couldn’t even see the bottom.

Location

Our bathroom had hair in the bath from previous occupants and our mirrors had finger prints all over it was not a clean room.I told two staff members they apologised but we got not upgrade, or moved to another room or compensated no one even checked -disappointed
