I absolutely love this resort. I have stayed here many times. It’s great location and I love the pictures of Lucille ball, Desi Arnaz and the kids plus all the old actors.

So that being said! I am disappointed how they have let the resort go. Our shutters in our room were literally falling apart! The carpet needs to be replaced. The pool was murky, cold, and had stuff from the trees floating in it. Our friend is a pool man and told the staff it needed chems and he proceeded to skim the top of the pool to get the stuff floating on the top out.

Great location and friendly staff.

The toilet in the room had some weird grey grime inside. The pool was filthy and the restaurant was closed during lunch. We had to buy resort passes to enjoy pool time, drinks and lunch at another hotel which is what we went on the trip for.
