Pool service with a bar and food

The tv in the bedroom had an issue turning on but issues were resolved

Very inviting, staff very helpful and our bed was extremely comfortable the shower was excellent

There was only a little bar of soap in the bathroom instead of any shower gel or shampoo, the coffee in the room was so weak it just tasted like hot water, and there were no armchairs in the room just two chairs at a table and for a disability room the seating was very uncomfortable. We went to the restaurant area for dinner, we hadn’t booked but sat there and no one came to see if there was anything we wanted, after waiting too long we left the hotel and went elsewhere for dinner!!

I enjoy the vibe…it’s a bit of old Hollywood combined with that special Palm Desert area feel. It’s got a great setting with a great pool.

It had nothing to do with the property. During my stay there was a large group staying for a golf tournament. The group was at the pool with a lot of drinking (nothing wrong with that) but there was a lot of F and MF words being used with children in attendance. The group were First Responders who I have a tremendous admiration for normally. I was Disappointed in their behavior which made for a less than relaxing experience at the pool. I’ve stayed at your hotel several times over 4 decades. This was the first time I experienced something like this.
