The room was filthy: blood/mold stains/tears on bedsheets, dust in vents, walls, furniture, toilet was dirty with stains, hairs, dingy and stained towels. The only good thing was that the receptionist had a positive attitude and brought us clean sheets. Overall experience was not good

"Great price, not great but works for non families"

The water was warm but definitely not hot. Could have the hot water on full blast and no fear of being burned. The AC worked great!! The property is right off the highway and we were in the building the farthest from the highway and next door to a nicer well lit hotel. Wasn't as well lit as other properties around but still did feel safe. Bed/pillows - The bed was pretty soft but so was the base of the bed every time I would toss and turn. The base seemed to have a lot of movement so it definitely was not high quality. Our was definitely a pet room. Fairly strong dog urine smell but after the AC had been running it was not as strong. Really the carpet needs a shampooing or to be replaced; no shoes on it really felt grimey. Peeling paint over sink and really just some low quality repairs when it came to drywall and painting. Really for me the price was great. I wasn't expecting much based on the reviews of other hotels in the area this was a decent deal. Breakfast was very limited but did have cereal, breads, yogurts and a couple of warm items; eggs. The small fridge that had the gallon of milk and yogurt was very warm. Based on everything I list above I would stay at this property again. At least having warm water, an adequate bed and really good AC with a pretty good rate worked great for me. If I was traveling with a family with young kids that tend to be on the floor playing more than normal this is not your hotel.

My door to other room had a broken lock, I try to turn lock and it was coming out, unsafe for single women staying in such a run down place.
