"Cockroaches, seedy characters and horrible mattress."

Nothing. From the moment you arrive to see 6-10 unsavory people hanging around the door. Front desk staff is exceedingly rude and unprofessional. Building is in very rough shape. Missing smoke detector in room. I woke up to cockroaches, yep.

"The first ten minutes was a nightmare, so we did not stay any longer."

There was absolutely nothing good about this motel. Trash piled high at one of the entrance doors. Hallways were filthy,our room had bed bugs, live spiders, someone's love notes on bathroom sink,long hair on the bed,the bathroom sink was leaking so bad that someone wrapped their own purple towel around the faucet like it was a big bandaid. Go to get some toilet paper to kill the spider and there was feces on the toilet paper. The night front desk man lied to us and we refuse to stay in the filthiest nastiest hotel we've ever and I mean ever stayed at. The parking lot was full of homeless people loitering on all sides of the motel. Please don't put yourself in a position to driving to this hotel. You will have nightmares for 2 days. And this is the God's honest Truth

Watching it bring demolished would be a pleasure.
