Relax Inn

This place has a moldy stale smell, very unkept. It's front desk attendants are rude and unprofessional. Don't expect toilet paper or towels. Honestly, they should pay you to stay here. Don't let the stock photo fool you.

First off the water to take a shower was COLD! I literally waited 15 minutes for he water to warm up and it still wasn't warm enough which is unacceptable especially since it's winter! The shower was disgusting and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. There was a "clean towel" which had stains that looked like blood stains that didn't fully come out. We took the towel to the front desk and the lady didn't look surprised AT ALL. Also, the parking wasn't salted at all knowing there was so much ice where people had to park so when I walked I had to hold onto my car to make sure I wouldn't slip! During the night someone was knocking on my door and tried to get in! This hotel is cheap and disgusting!

We stayed there two nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived we had booked a room with two beds. When we got our key we saw that there was only one bed. When we brought up the situation to the staff they moved us to another room. The room was okay, the carpet was pretty old but overall the room was clean. Our beds where very comfortable and the heater/ac worked well and was reasonable quiet. The towels and bedding where clean. The room had a slight odor when we first came in but the windows can be opened a couple of inches and quickly aired the room out. Really for the price it was a good value.

Cheap but dirty. I knew I was in trouble when the you g lady at the frt desk said Im just telling you we dont do refunds. Dirty room. Cigarettebur s on bed spreads-- non smoking room. Cigarette but on bathroom floor in corner behind the door

I called to speak with the front desk about an issue and the attendant acted like she could barely speak English. Then she proceeded to tell me what the managers input was on the issue. We hung up and I called back not even 10 minutes later asking to speak with the manager and the same attendant said the manager was not in that day and had no idea when they would be in! She addressed me in such a rude way and did nothing to try to help in any way.

My friend and I were in Davenport for a conference on Sat. Oct. 10, 2015. Because we had a 3 hour drive we decided to get a hotel the night before so we did not have to make the drive on Saturday morning. I have stayed in a Knights Inn before and had a wonderful experience. We checked into the hotel at about 9 p.m. When we tried to turn lights on we found out they were not plugged in and some didn't even have bulbs. The carpet was dirty and had a wet spot on it. The cord for the hairdryer was inoperable. The bathroom had black mold, the tub was not very clean and did not have a stopper, the wallpaper was peeling badly. Then we had some crazy lady knocking on our door at 5:30 a.m. asking if we had any kids or a man with us or if we had any family in the hotel. We did not. Then at 6 a.m. we had the cops knocking on our door asking the same thing. It is sad when the police tell you, "I would find another place to stay next time. The Holiday Inn Express is better.". If I ever need to get a hotel in Davenport again IT WILL NOT BE THE KNIGHTS INN.

This hotel was reasonable. The lady at check-in was very nice and helpful. There is no breakfast served here. The room was okay. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We slept very well.This inn has a lot of oil and gas drillers staying there.

After a long day of traveling we just wanted to take showers and climb into bed.first not having any record of our reservation and spending 15 minutes checking in, the room was horrid.the spider webs in every corner wasn't bad compared to all the dust and live cricket in the covers.couldnt sleep on top of bedspread not knowing what all the stains were exactly.Floor was worse.I ran a resort for many years and worked for Hyatt and Marriott.i do understand sometimes things are passed over but out right filth...no excuses.

First stop on cross country trip, the bath room had peaking wall paper & black mold, holes in the wall, and water in shower flipped from hot to cold in seconds. Cable wasn't working well. Would not stay here.

Bathroom smelled. I had to keep the door shut. I skipped my shower due to mold. Floors so dirty I couldn't walk without shoes. Not sure it was safe. Unloaded entire car, just in case. Left at 4 am. to avoid problems.
