Relax Inn

The second to worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The toilet and sink leaked all night. When i told the owner, she acted like she could have cared less. Stay away!

The hotel is fairly old and unfortunately does not seem to have much sound insulation between the rooms. For the 5 hours we spent there to get some quick sleep it worked.

Was a super busy weekend in the Davenport area.....and this was all we could find. Should have driven and hour in any direction to find a better place. You literally have to drive THROUGH a gas station to get to their parking lot. The parking lot was littered with trash, garbage, etc and always had at least six thug looking people standing by the front door smoking. Everything about this dump was old, shabby, worn out.....the fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off....they do not "make up " your room unless you specifically ask them to, no hot water on either morning.....almost relieved so I did not have to get into the filthy tub. Under no circumstances should you ever even consider staying here....if they paid me to stay here I would decline the offer. I joked about wondering what the breakfast would look like that evening....did not have to worry as they did NOT have breakfast despite having signs in the room mentioning it.....I think I was actually relieved as I am sure it would have been horrible. I am 67 years old, traveled all my life and without a doubt I can say this is the worst hotel I have ever seen!

Non smoking room was very smelly. Carpet was very dirty. Will not stay there again.

Worst night in a hotel EVER! Hotel was packed, people everywhere!!!! Rooms were awful, all of the towels looked like they had been USED with dirt all over them. Bad smells, dirty, horrible paint. Had been updated in the last ten years, but NOTHING had been done since. Capped our night off with a man ranting at the top of his lungs with child running after him at 3:00 AM!!! Don't know about the breakfast, we got out of there as fast as we could! DON'T STAY HERE!

Kids in the parking lot, kids in the lobby, kids in the vending areas, and up and down the hallways all night long. I couldn't tell if they lived here, as many 'guests' seem to, or if Nickelodeon had moved their headquarters to Davenport. Room was ok for 1 night but the kids!!! Tough to sleep.

I stopped at the knights inn, while traveling. I only needed the minimum out of a hotel, as I was checking in around 11 pm. I was looking for some rest so I could hit the road early in the morning. Late check-in was great, and staff was friendly. My room was dirty and had holes in the sheets. Overall it worked out for the cheap price, but wouldn't be back again.

Do not recommended staying here, nasty rooms, had to have them move my room because the first one was full of trash.

The room was good size, and had the sink outside the bathroom, which can be a plus, depending upon whom you are traveling with. However, my wife went to use the bathroom and discovered ONLY an empty cardboard tube. There was no extra roll, either. Got a roll from the front desk. It was single ply, and so thin you needed to use 7 or 8 sheets where normally 3 or 4 would do. The floor had obviously not been vacuumed. The breakfast area would have been too small if the hotel had more than 10% occupancy, based upon the number of cars in the lot. There was one waffle maker, the 2 slot toaster was not working, there was only regular coffee, not decaf as well, no fruit or yogurt. The room coffee maker only had regular as well. As far as location is concerned, there are no restaurants in walking distance.

Was satisfied with a nights rest! It was affordable and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
