"So close ...! Needs a more person centred approach"

A hidden gem in many respects - beautiful decor and style, clean, spacious and private, great location however, it relies totally on tech and across codes, which didn’t work with us and rather sullied what would otherwise have been a 5* experience. There is no person contact here and I’m my view a 15 minutes welcome in person, check in and explain everything would’ve made this verging on exceptional.
