Ideal Central Edinburgh location with free on-site private parking

Lynn’s place was amazing, we are so grateful to book this flat! The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The flat was in a very central and overall great location, bed was super comfy, everything was working with no issues at all including hot water/heating/wifi or anything really! The flat was super clean and it was such a comfortable and cosy stay, we truly enjoyed it and felt refreshed staying there. Thank you for such a comfortable and lovely stay!

The central location near Leith Walk, the very quiet environment, the size of the flat, the bed was so so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and of course the free parking was an added bonus. Also Lynn was so helpful and very welcoming.

Lynn was extremely polite and helpful. Apartment had everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There was a directory which detailed out necessary instructions. Besides, locality was very clean and calm.

Very convenient but quiet location away from the tourist zone. Good access to interesting shops and eateries and a tram to the city centre. The apartment was very well equipped for self catering, plus a number of personal extras including contact with the owner at the start of the letting making us feel welcome. Free parking.

It was super-pleasant to stay in this flat (we spent 11 nights there). We've been in Edinburgh before and this time was absolutely amazing. Lynn is the great host, she thought about so many tiny details that make your stay comfortable and convenient, we were surprised how good she handle everything. 1. Location is very good. Quiet area around the flat, and in 3 min walk you'll find a lively street with shops and bars / restaurants, many bus options with possibility to get whenever you want in the city. 15 min walk to the very city center or 3-5 min by bus. 2. Cleanliness. The flat is in a very good condition, it's not newly renovated, but is kept clean and accurate. We've stayed in flats before and usually they're not that clean, even though reviews say it's clean. It exceeded our expectation for real. 3. Host communication. Lynn was so easy to communicate with, she answered quickly, was nice and clear, showed care, asked few times during our stay how it is going. It was quick to collect the keys, Lynn prepared info materials about everything in the flat and surroundings, we used her recommendation and found few very lovely pubs nearby. 4. Comfort. There is enough space for 2 people and the flat is nicely equipped, everything you might need is there. Even soap, dishwashing liquid, sponges, washing capsules, etc. The bed is comfy and nice, bed linen and towels of a good quality. Lynn provided milk, coffee-tea and some snacks for the first day breakfast, so you don't need to go and look for a store directly. There are spices, oil, all kitchen utensils if you'd like to cook. We would definitely return here! I can't imagine now staying in Edinburgh in some other place :-)
