Ideal Central Edinburgh location with free on-site private parking

The flat was clean and spacious with everything you would need in working order. It is in an excellent location with the city centre and Leith a few minutes away on foot in opposite directions. Local shops, restaurants, cafe's and pubs are all comfortably in walking distance, as are the bus stops to take you further away. The landlady was very pleasant and helpful,always available if needed.

Quite apartment, convenient location.

Lynn was there to meet us on our arrival and hand over the keys in person. She gave us a quick tour of the apartment and a run-down of the local amenities and the best options for getting into the centre of Edinburgh. It meant that she was able to answer any and all of our questions straight away and we were able to settle in really easy. We were in Edinburgh predominantly for work, but also had a couple of days to ourselves, and the apartment provided the perfect base for both. We chose it because it was a convenient 10 minute walk from where we were working, but it only took another 5 minutes to be on Princess Street from where you can easily walk to the Scottish National Gallery, Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile etc. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, so we were able to settle down and relax in an evening. The availability of the parking space with the apartment was also a major factor in our booking choice, and meant we were able to safely leave the car parked for the week. We would definitely look to stay here again next time we visit Edinburgh.

Parking was a bonus being in quite a central area There are plenty of channels on TV we're elderly so don't stay out late these days. Facilities: there is everything you'd need for cooking etc

The sofa bed was quite hard and 2 flights of stairs were a bit of a struggle for us oldies. But it's still worth the effort to stay in this property as everything else is fine.
