Terrible hotel, the rooms stink so much that it's impossible not only to fall asleep, but it's impossible to enter the room... Result: -$122

Unacceptable Hygiene & Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel in May and unfortunately discovered bed bugs in my room during the night—after 1 a.m. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk the next morning. While they noted my complaint, I was told that because I booked through a third party, I would need to take it up with them directly. When the third-party service reached out to the hotel, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the clear health risk and extreme discomfort, the hotel refused to offer any refund or even basic compensation. This was not only an uncomfortable experience but also a serious hygiene and safety concern. I left with bite marks and had to thoroughly sanitize all of my belongings afterward—a major inconvenience that could have been avoided. I strongly urge future travelers to read recent reviews carefully and think twice before booking here. Based on my experience, this hotel does not prioritize guest health, hygiene, or accountability.

Nothing to be liked about this awful hotel that I paid $100 for the night.

I changed two rooms because they smelled like cigarettes and weed. All the rooms were dirty and smelled awful and all smoked in and could barely breathe all night, even though I requested a non smoking room. I need my money back.

Distance to my race in the Highlands was perfect

The stay was great, but the hotel could use an upgrade on its furniture and offer a better breakfast option. Front desk personnel were helpful. TV needs more channel access and better TV’s. Thought it could have been better for the price that was being paid.

Nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and supportive.

The breakfast offering is a good light continental breakfast, but for something heartier, this Super 8 is conveniently next door to Mc Donalds. My room was in good shape, clean, and overall the property is well kept and pleasantly decorated.
