As i write this review i feel bad i didnt write a long time ago. I been staying here on/off for past 2 yrs+. They are always on their A game when dealing with me . The New Manage Dedrick M. Is totally about customer service . He is a major asset to this Property and has elevated this Property immensly and continues to find ways to make the guest happy. The previous Manager was past his prime on dealing with [people and certain basic needs to make ones stay pleasant . The Front Desk Staff of the likes of Danny,Alexis and Chris really are easy to work with and super friendly at all times. As they Strive to uplift the property to a even better venue its worth the experience and most important the price point for Bergen County .

If you are looking for an inexpensive option this place is a great choice. Located right next to the mcdonald's and gas station. The staff is very friendly and courteous and overall the hotel is quiet with very easy options for parking.

"SUPER 10!!!!!!!!!!"

I came up on this hotel for the first time early February 2025 while I was homeless. I've stayed here the max amount of time and ended up returning. Not because of the fact they had GREAT rates AND IF booked online ALLOWS the option to pay in installments!!!!!! This made my struggle much easier to manage as I had just resumed working. It is BY FAR THE MOST AFFORDABLE HOTEL IN BERGEN/PASSAIC COUNTY!!!! OUTSTANDING STAFF WHO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR GUESTS MAKING THIS HOTEL TRULY FEEL LIKE HOME!!!! At this point I consider them extended family! VERY accommodating, understanding staff. The manager, Dedrick displayed true humanity during my struggle. Thanks to his hard work, dedication to providing top hospitality, and generous acts of kindness, I was spared the experience of staying out on the street. Others I like to mention by name are James, Alexis, Daniel are all wonderful front desk associates who will go out of their way to accommodate within reason. THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN, NO BUGS!!!! Great location, within walking distance of supermarkets, gas station convenience stores, restaurants, train stations, smoke shops, play grounds, library!!!! They also offer a decent breakfast, washer & dryer, and computer access(printer)!!!! Icidro, one of the housekeeper/bellmen, assisted me when I had to check out in moving my entire room, nearly 3 1/2 luggage carts full without me having to ask or tip!!!! Such nice, kind heart people, GUESTS who say good morning and goodnight, very home like atmosphere. I give Super 8 a SUPER 10 OUT OF 10!!!!! :)
