We stayed at the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens from Monday to Thursday and had an excellent overall experience. The hotel truly embodies Marriott’s motto of wonderful hospitality, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room, 1122, was an M Club access guestroom with two comfortable queen beds. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great layout that worked perfectly for our needs. The M Club access was a nice perk, and we appreciated the convenience and extra touches that came with it. The only very minor thing we noticed (and it really wasn’t an issue for us) was a small section of wallpaper starting to come loose at the top of the shower. Everything else about the room was in excellent condition. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. It was well-maintained, relaxing, and a highlight of our stay. Whether lounging or taking a dip, it provided a perfect spot to unwind. What really stood out, though, was the service. The front desk team was exceptional—patient, kind, and highly professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Every staff member we interacted with delivered that genuine Marriott hospitality that makes a big difference We would definitely return to this property and happily recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable stay in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Thank you to the entire team!

The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the pool area. Other area looks like they are doing construction

I did not like that they charge for parking per night. The hotel had one whole half of the parking lot empty and there was no parking garage
