Palm Beach Gardens Marriott

My husband and I had the opportunity of staying at Marriott Palm Beach Gardens for a few days and thr staff was superb. Donnalee & David A went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was remarkable. As a Bonvoy Member, I've visited quit a number of hotels in the Marriott chain, but this recent visit to Marriott Palm Beach Gardens was the best experience we've had to date. We will definitely return.

The buffet breakfast was good, however no self serve coffee.

Club benefits should have been explained. Laundry facilities had broken door, not accessible

David is such an energetic and welcoming person. He really makes staying at the Marriott a joy.

I am a frequent business traveler and this is one of the nicer Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. It was made especially special by the kind, welcoming front desk employee, David. He made me feel appreciated and valued as a Marriott customer.

Nothing like arriving to a beautiful hotel and being greeted by an amazing staff. David and Andre had the best energy and welcomed me like I was family!! Thanks for the positive vibes upon my arrival after a long days travel. Top knot h!

Room was recently remodeled

Our toilet was clogged when we first entered our room. Front desk fumbled the handoff to maintenance. So the fix did not occur in a timely manner. Plus, they charge you $12 per night to park your car in their huge parking lot. Who does that???!

The Palm Beach Gardens Marriott is one of the most consistently excellent hotels I visit. What stands out most is the people. The staff is genuinely warm, professional, and welcoming, and they make me feel appreciated from the moment i arrive. A special thank you to David, who always goes above and beyond and represents the kind of hospitality that keeps me coming back. The hotel itself is outstanding. The lobby is spacious, modern, and energetic, with plenty of comfortable seating and work areas, plus a lively bar that creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. It even has a putting green, which is a unique and fun touch that adds to the overall experience. The rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable, with great beds and large TVs that make it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities are excellent as well, from the fitness center and pool area to one of the best M Club lounges around (breakfast is great). Everything about this property is well managed and thoughtfully done.
