Courtesy staff , rooms in definitely in need of upgrades . Bathroom has mold in shower and heater did not work . Not to mention the hair on the linens.
The room are clean and the staff is pleasant. The rooms are cold with no heater. You will be sick 😷
Car was broken into within minutes. Didn’t end up staying the night

Definitely a 3 star. I’m not to sure if I would stay here again due to how old it is. You can definitely tell the floor is not even anymore and there was no AC. They had a fan but not an AC. I had to do a job in the area and the location was perfect but not worth the price. I think I will pay the extra $10 and go to a better hotel.

It was an interesting time of travel due to the Coronavirus. Also the hotel was being renovated and so there was no heat and issues with the rooms however... the Staff was AMAZING and moved us to a better room, provided space heaters and tried to make up for the inconveniences.
This older boutique hotel is located right next to the convention center which is perfect as that is where I was attending an event. The room I was in this time was spacious and very nice. However because I was facing out to a main street it was noisy a bit later in the night than I would have liked.
Nothing was liked. Room 306 was dirty, there was obvious mold present (particularly on the floor & head shower head and also had heavy water calcification, plus large hole in the shower wall). Poorly patched hole in the door to the sitting area, a blood stain on the wall, and the room was pitch dark. Lights were out in ceiling & lamp and staff refused to fix either. I have pictures of all the above. Also, the manager told me I could move to another room or leave, at 2 am. I had many bags with me as I was attending a funeral & I would have had to move to the new room on the 2nd floor without assistance. Because the elevator was faulty, I would have to use the stairs. So, I left & checked into the Marriot Hotel across the street. As I walked to the Marriot, I was approached by a very aggressive panhandler. I was terrified and ran the rest of the way. I visited my doctor and showed the pictures I took. He said I have an eye infection and must take antibiotics for a week. He was shocked when he saw the pictures of the room at the Washington Inn, and said the infection is due to contaminants in the air in that room. I want a full refund because I did not stay in the room and had to pay to stay at the Marriot instead..
