I like the community atmosphere of the Inn. I like the that the staff is friendly and patient with the older guests.
The staff were so nice, the facilities are in dire need of renovation.

Very good place to stay
We were attending a conference across the street at the Marriott. The lobby was clean and Thomas at check-in was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We had booked the suite with a refrigerator, microwave, desk, couch, and separate bedroom. The furniture was worn but clean. This is an older building and has some wear and tear on the walls, furniture, stairs, and elevator so don't expect perfection but it was all in working order and doable for a work trip. We had parked at 20$ a night at Marriott so we did not have to use the nearby off-site parking so didn't experience the parking garage some other guests reviewed. Breakfast was continental and grab and go and was clean and well kept up.
There is no parking at the property so factor in an additional $25 per night and a process where you have to retrieve your car from the convention center. The initial staff I encountered at the front desk did a poor job explaining this process which added to the frustration but the staff at the desk the next morning was at least able to make sense of it for me.
Room is insanely small. Two double (not Queen) beds. There was only space for one suitcase. We had to put the second suitcase in the bathroom. Hotel was virtually empty of guests. Elevator mostly did not work.
This hotel was not clean, hallways were dark and it didnt feel safe. We only stayed for 1/2 hour and then checked out.
We typically stay here any time we're going to a concert at the Fox Theatre because it's an easy walk to the show as well as several restaurants and bars. The hotel is a bit old, but it's clean, quiet and has a cool vibe.
What I liked most of the property is the lounge, the sweet bartender and the comedy show was excellent! Everybody was asking if I was performing that night! My biggest complaint is my TV didnt work my entire stay.
