Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria

I was not assigned a room despite booking weeks before arrival generating unnecessary stress at check in. On site parking is over priced. The building is in need of repair and updating. With all of that said, the continental breakfast was lovely and the staff serving the food were incredibly polite and attentive.

Excellent service!! The shuttle bus was awesome!! We thoroughly enjoyed our driver!!

The whole staff was amazing and with great personalities.

Hotel is old & needs a major upgrade, the younger housekeeping wrks were rude, would nvr stay here again.

Went to a Braves game at Truist park, location in proximity to to the stadium is excellent and the shuttle was a welcome extra. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little dated and ours had some dust on the furniture and a feather on the floor by the bed.

Outdated and in desperate need of an upgrade. No mini fridge in room and no usb outlets. Luckily Griffin, with security, helped me find a charger that I left on a prior visit. He definitely went above and beyond to help me and that’s how all hotel staff should be towards all guest. Front desk staff Qua and Ananias were not only useless in helping, they were rude and snarky. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the room being clean did not hid all of the years of abuse; walls dented and scratched, paint chipping, stains on carpet. Probably would not stay here again. There is a newish Springhill Suites right next door.

Rooms were clean. Very small and dated. Bathroom and beds were tiny Had to pay to park although we were paying for a room. Hotel parking was full so had to pay 40 for the event parking side.

Not enough handicap parking spots for the amount of rooms they have. Have to pay $29 for parking.

Sink drain wasn’t working is only bad thing.
