"Amazing venue, staff/Mgrs. Poor reception staff."

Facilities were clean. Staff at the restaurant and bar were exceptional. Venue halls were beautiful. Your event mgrs and staff were amazing. Exceptional customer service.

Reception staff needs training on customer service. They lack professionalism and warmth. Parking fees are outrageous, no microwave, refrigerator was on the floor with lots of cords. Appears to be a fire hazard. Your Koi pond is too shallow for the koioʻ in cold weather.

Balcony door could not shut all the way they got maintenance to come shut it but still it wouldn’t close all the way so it was cool in the room due til that even with the heater on and for the amount of money they charge they should upgrade all the rooms they look outdated

Clean and spacious

Lot of hidden costs. You need to be a member to access WiFi. Breakfast costs extra. Parking is 30 bucks extra. Tariff tax etc over all bill is too high .
