Lake Pointe Inn

Beautiful location right on lake. Charming inn. Very friendly host and staff. Delicious homemade pastries and breakfasts.

We just completed our 7th stay at the Lake Pointe Inn and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, the inn is charming and the staff cannot do enough to make you feel right at home!

This was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast. It was. Wonderful experience. The place was clean with a welcoming, clean money feel. The breakfast was delicious.

Stairs getting to the room. No lake view. Would request first floor accommodations with king size bed or twin beds.

Perfect!

This was a beautiful B&B. Everyone was super friendly and the ambiance was perfect. There were lots of little places to sit outside and take in the view of the lake. The food was great! They even accommodated my gluten allergy. There were cookies, fruit, cakes, coffee and soft drinks available all day and night, just perfect for those late night desert cravings. Our room was very comfortable and it was extremely quiet and private. What a great weekend! Thank you so much.

We stayed at the Lake Pointe Inn for our 30th anniversary. We were looking for something quaint and relaxing, and it didn't disappoint. It's an old building but they have redone it nicely. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast offered was delicious and made to order, but still super-fast. I only have 2 small complaints/recommendations. The first being, please try to clean the outside areas some - we had a room with a balcony, but the balcony hadn't been swept probably all season as was covered in pine needles and spider webs, so we couldn't really use it. Also, trees nearby need cut back, really blocked the view. We also used the back stairs to go to the parking lot from the 3rd floor, and they too need to be cleaned and spider webs removed. My biggest frustration was lack of the camp fire/fire pit. We were there for 3 nights, and it was advertised that there was a nightly campfire. There wasn't any while we were there. We mentioned it to an innkeeper on our 3rd day, and she said she'd talk with the night staff, so we were excited that we'd have one that night, it was the actual day of our anniversary, but when we got home from dinner at 6:45 looking forward to S'mores, there was no fire. My husband offered to go out to store to get s'mores making and we could make one ourselves, but I didn't feel right making it ourselves and we shouldn't have had to go get the ingredients when we were told that day they had the stuff. Really frustrating, that was a reason we stayed that night instead of driving home that afternoon.
