The only issue I experienced during my stay occurred on the day of check-out. The older woman working at the front desk was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional in her attitude. In addition, despite specifically requesting an invoice for my stay, I was told in a dismissive and discourteous manner that they would not provide one. This reservation was made on behalf of a company, and being denied an invoice for a business-related stay is completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and refusal to provide basic documentation created significant inconvenience and left a very negative impression.
