My husband and I have stayed at this location when we fly into O'Hare many times. It's 15 minutes from the airport and for the money it's a place to crash for the night but don't expect anything fancy or to exceed expectations. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough but everything is dated.

My parents, brother and my husband and I arrived a little after 11 to check in. There were 2 guys just loitering in front of the desk, calling up other hotels to ask what they charge. The man at the desk needed a lot of prompting. I reserved three rooms but listed my parents and my brother for their own separate rooms. I had to tell this particular desk clerk that I reserved three separate rooms multiple times. Eventually he got the concept but never asked me for proof which was really weird. He gave us rooms on three different floors. The hallways were rough honestly, it looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The rooms however were clean and I checked the bed and mattress and everything was clean. The mattress looked new but omg the frame was not. Super squeaky whenever we moved on it. Walls are thin and you can hear a lot but I just wear noise-cancelling headphones to bed.

Rien ! Tellement glauque et sale À fuir !

L’hygiène ! Établissement très sale, insalubre ! Il y avait des traces de matière fécale sur et dans mon lit. Autant dire que j’ai annulé mon séjour pour partir dans un hôtel digne de ce nom. À fuir !
