Staff was really nice, the breakfast was nice.

The pool was closed and the carpets in the building were really dirty especially in my room.

No mucho. La habitación era vieja. Las camas eran comodas.

La habitación era vieja, sin armarios y sin caja fuerte. El WiFi no funcionó para 3 días. Solo limpió la habitación una vez durante 6 noches, y solo cambió las sábanas de 1 cama, no las 2 !!

Location

We had 2 rooms. Only 1 clean room was available. Front desk staff tried to relocate us to a sister property but Booking. Com was unresponsive due to AI robot gate keeper not letting you speak to human. End up putting all 4 adults in 1 room. This took over an hour to arrange. Then get in room around 1 am to find 1 towel for 4 people. Front desk clerk tried to help but apparently only had bath mats to give. Worst experience ever with a Hampton and booking

Breakfast was pretty good. My room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The location and price was worth the stay.

I didn't like having to get up 2 to 3 times during the night because the A/C unit kept cutting off so it would get hot during the night.The grits wasn't cooked all the way which was a disappointment but everything else was good. Parking was limited

It was convenient for me to stay here for the event I was attending.

The fire alarm went off right before 6:00 am and no one let us know what was going on. I waa also unable to go back to sleep and I had to drive back home tired.
