La comodidad de la cama y almohadas dejan mucho que desear, la decoración de la habitación es bastante anticuada, incluso un sillón tenía la tela rota, la puerta del baño (corrediza) incluso estaba en malas condiciones

The check in process was awesome. If the staff wasn't sure of anything I asked about, she consulted with her other staff.

It was mild in the sheets and bugs all on the floor and bathroom

Front desk was a complete mess. I called front desk to ask why no one cleaned my room in TWO days and she said: our staff did not clean much today. They said the same abt the day before. If your housekeeping service is not going to be efficient then why bother running a hotel in the first place. Secondly, I asked if they could at least bring me some towels and toilet paper and they said: I’m too busy with other guest? Mind you I have had this ON GOING ISSUE for TWO DAYS NOW. If your staff is “too busy” (keep in mind this is a select service hotel not even full) maybe schedule more people? She had sent the security guard to give me towels. I was not even rude to her and she was telling me to calm down but nonetheless, how can anyone not be enraged when you pay for a service and not even the front desk can help you. Useless hotel. Sad hotel. No wonder they are select service. At least Katrina found a solution, a dude at the front desk with dreads told me that I better come get the towels? And when I came down they just had one, & said: you lucky this is our last towel. Anyways, don’t check in at this property. Theres plenty of Hampton inn, pick a better one, this was a complete mess.
