"Exceptional"

Lovely property! The valet staff was wonderful! The room was beautiful, modern and the floors were stunning. We also enjoyed the balcony to enjoy the sunshine with coffee. The only down side was the water pressure is pretty low, but it wasn't that bothersome. We loved the transportation shuttle options to take us to DT Bellevue which was so convenient. The hotel amenities were amazing as well - gym, restaurant, late night snacks, etc. We did knock the staff to 4 stars because my young adult son stopped by to pay us a visit as we were meeting with Stanford's basketball coach for lunch and my son is a 6'6 and African American and he walked towards the elevators to come to our room and was stopped and told to come back and that we needed to escort him up. We all felt that was odd considering others were walking freely without flashing any sort of key card to get to their rooms, etc. That was disappointing and it may be policy however it wasn't maintained for all hotel guests coming in and out of the lobby. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Love the athletic environment. Full gym and sports equipment, in first rate condition. Cafes and restaurants on the property. Amazing rooms , zen like, large, and serene.

"Kicked out during stay"

This hotel has the worse water pressure for showers, and was told I had to leave 5 hours prior to my 1 pm check out because the maids wanted to clean the room for the next guest and go home early came into my room twice while sleeping and taking a shower. Ended up leaving and going to the my gym to take a shower and had 10 hours before my flight with no where to go.

Just about every aspect of the Bellevue Club Hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff, property, location, food and service were all great. We go to Bellevue a few times a year and won't stay anywhere else from here out unless the Bellevue Club is unavailable.
