"Luxury Boutique Hotel with the Athletic Club of Your Dreams!"

First of all, do not assume this is a athletic club that happens to have a hotel attached. It is not an afterthought. Yes, the athletic club is downright dreamy, no question. It will ruin your impression of every other athletic club in your future. But the hotel is also a show stopper - the rooms are the definition of understated luxury - wood floors, french doors, smart lights and window coverings, crisp white bedding and down pillows all in a neutral hue that makes the whole place feel breezy and calm. Business Traveler Tips: I have always stayed here for business (it's an easy uber ride to/from SeaTac and to nearby tech offices), the athletic club opens early (5 am) so you can get a workout in before heading to the office, and the on-site Market cafe is perfect for grab and go breakfast and coffee.

"Best Hotel in Bellevue"

I have stayed at a number of places in the Bellevue/Kirkland area. Overall, this is the best property. The accommodations and the staff are excellent and the atmosphere is peaceful, even with the activity from the gym members. It is definitely the best value in the are.

"Exceptional"

Went on an overnight shopping trip with my daughter and it was perfect. Had stayed other places before but this was more our speed. Nice, quiet, comfortable beds and the town car was a wonderful experience to dinner and back. Would definitely stay again.

"Amazing experience"

This is the overall greatest experience I have ever had in a hotel with my family. There are so many amenities we found ourselves not even wanting to explore the city. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and professional. We will stay again in the future.
