Quality Inn Rio Rancho - Albuquerque North Valley

I sent notice that we had no water . I bought the insurance and did not hear back from booking. I felt I was deserved a refund or moved to a different location. Probably will think twice about using booking and definitely will not recommend.

The location is convenient.

The rooms were clean and well kept. Getting the the hotel was also easy it being right off a main road.

Room was well kept and clean. Felt a bit uncomfortable after I was called to my room why there was 6 people there. My sister was also staying in the hotel and came to help me with my bags. My parents stopped by as they live in town. They were there 2 minutes when I got the call. There was no intention of more than 2 stating the room as reserved. I had 2 queen beds.. I think they could have stayed if they wanted. Felt watched after that and was not comfortable at all.

Fine basic hotel for a quick night of rest.

My room was right next to an interior fire door that guests must go through to access the wing--the door is loud when it slams closed. The plumbing noise from other rooms is also loud, and there is a medium traffic noise--wasn't too bad overnight, but really picked up around 5 AM.

The location was fine

It was dirty, the door didn’t fully close. It was warped and the locks didn’t work. The bed springs were very loud. The pillows were very hard. You could not run the air conditioning, it was incredibly loud. Huge hassle if you have a dog. No elevator for second floor rooms.

Parking was okay

Very nice place. Would stay here again.
