I was HIGHLY disappointed that the pool clearly had been out of service for a very long time. It was the amenity I really wanted to enjoy, thus the low condition rating. Everything else was quite nice. The room was very clean, and the staff terrific. I left my dress in the clothes closet, not realizing I'd done so until I got a call. I've had that dress for 30 years, so it was a big deal to get it back. That was great. But their listing should not claim to have a pool.

Overall stay was nice in spite of confusion with our pet.

Confusion that we were travelling with a pet. I told the person at the front desk, but because of language barrier, it wasn't understood and we were provided a room that didn't accommodate a pet. After telling them, he calle dhis manager to approve a room change and then proceeded to charge me $25.00 for a room change fee. as well as lectured me on how I should have let them know sooner. I've never heard of this and am a bit disappointed in the customer service upon check in.
