Everything was good

It smells weird. Like curry. And the hotel said there was a pool but there actually isn't one. The nap in the hotel rooms even shows a pool and a spa.

"Comfortable with pets"

Great location. Stayed in room specific for pets. Was convenient having a door directly outside very close. Room was clean and comfortable.

Requested room through Booking.com and requests did not cross over like the fact we were traveling with pets. The whole reservation needed to be redone.

"Not a safe or clean place to stay for families."

Hello, I made a reservation 30 minutes before my planned stay on June 4th 2025. Upon arrival, I noticed someone had hit part of the corner of the building with their car or truck. The parking lot was extremely dark. The main lobby had been sprayed with a repellent for roaches leaving a strong smell all over the lobby. I was planning to stay there with my 3 kids and wasn't able to stay. I explained this to the person at the desk. The place was unsafe and unsanitary. I had to book and stay at another hotel that same night. I need a refund of my money. I explained this via a virtual chat to Hotel.com I was not able to cancel the reservation before since I had just made it about 30 minutes before.

Room was clean and smelled good.

Tv did not work, drink vending machine out of order, juice machine at breakfast was out of order, requested a baby crib and girl told us it was not available in double bed room. My wife asked to cancel reservation due to no crib and TV not working and then was told we could get a crib. The front girl gave us attitude about the pool being out of service and the TV not working she just told us to unplug and plug back in. Checked out and still haven't gotten my $100 deposit back.
